Oh, Trump didn't orchestrate it - Putin did. But, Putin wanted Trump's blessing. I think he got it. Along with the approval of others who would financially benefit from the invasion. Putin was using Trump. With Trump out of office, Putin decided to go forward with the invasion but I'm 100% sure he and Trump have been communicating during the past year.
