Oh, you are so sweet, Tien🌷 Our last home was okay — a long-time rental that needed some TLC that our landlord would never provide — but the neighborhood and location in our city were superb — actually, a little better than where we are now. But, the backyard was nothing but a dirt pit — completely unusable for humans.

I still can’t believe we found and bought the place we have now. So many stars and planets had to line up perfectly to make it happen. I am grateful every day.
