One of the great advantages and joys of growing older is that you let go of what other people think — at least that is my experience. And the offshoot is that you too stop being concerned about what others are wearing or gossiping about. My focus now is on what people THINK. I’ve learned words are often fluff just like today’s fashion. As for my preferred attire, I am into what I call “acceptable casual". Can’t just show up in sweats at the office, but I go as comfortable and casual as I can without causing a scene! And, pleasantly enough, I have found there is way more casual leeway than I ever thought possible.
