Sherry Kappel, this is a brave, honest, and powerful statement about our misogynistic society. I’ve spent my life being appalled and amazed by the attitude of both men and women toward women, appalled at how we are treated by men, how we allow that treatment and often applaud it, and how we, as women, fail again and again to defend ourselves and one another. If the election of Trump doesn’t precisely illustrate this, I don’t know what does.
