Thank you, Nancy, for such a lovely garden submission! I agree with you about weeds. There is a viney weed that has taken over my neighborhood. Don’t know what it is. At first glance, it’s quite attractive but it strangles everything in its path.

My motto is:

If a plant can’t play well with others, it needs to find someplace else to hang out!

Since this viney thing is almost impossible to pull up due to the vine running underground, I hired someone to put down a weed-blocker cloth and then pour river rock on top. I plan to post more about that this weekend.
