I hope to learn the lesson of no expectations so there will be fewer heartbreaking disappointments in 2020. Humans hold so tightly to hope, but I’ve decided hope is what slays me. Better to just live day-to-day, expecting nothing more than comes along your path. I believe that is what nature is always attempting to teach us.
