I think reading about all your computer issues jinxed me. My laptop started crashing regularly over the weekend. My computer-guru friend picked it up yesterday for diagnostics. Fortunately, I purchased a new laptop in January. My old one was OLD and SLOW. So happy I don't have to rely on it. Loving my Acer Spin 5 :)
