Thanks for the advice, Lorraine. I am too busy to be quiet but the busyness leaves me little time for the news. Sometimes that is good, sometimes bad. When I do hear what is going on, I become so upset that I feel the need to catch up on all I missed and a news overload is never good. I am afraid not to keep up on what is happening because we have to stay aware, we must not lose touch, we can’t ignore the atrocities around us. That is what many Germans did. We have an obligation to be vigilant. I try to take small breaks but never more than a day or two.
