Thanks for this information. I consider myself to be a Virginian — wasn’t born there but spent most of my childhood along the Potomac and still have family there. Although well aware that Virginia leans heavily to the conservative side, I was shocked and saddened by what occurred in Charlottesville, as well as frightened that it is a warning of future such outrageously hateful public displays.
