Thanks, Gail. Yes, it was Pillsbury I bought before — had no problems at all, always tasty and flaky. I don’t think the kids are quite ready for from-scratch pie crust and it’s been many years since I made one.
Cooking with the kids is delightful, educational, and a great use of our time. I love that they prefer actually doing something with us — not just watching TV or playing video games. They truly enjoy cooking and look forward to our Saturday sessions.
