The weather and its after-effects can be so tragic in California, Vaishali, and I know you celebrate the rain when it comes.

Although rare, we do have droughts here in Florida and I detest them. My health deteriorates in dry weather, wildflowers prevail, and life is miserable. I don't know how Californians do it year-after-year!
