This is beautiful, Radha - and unusual - the poem of a true introvert.

What I like the most about is, assuming you are writing about yourself, that you truly know yourself - your strengths and weaknesses, what you need and don't need, and what you have to offer. How many can be that honest about themselves?

Such honesty takes introspection, and I think most of us, especially extroverts, shy away from looking too closely at ourselves. I've noticed that introverts are much better at self-awareness because they choose to be alone much of the time. They aren't busied and distracted by people, events, noise, chaos. They connect with themselves. And, as you mentioned, sometimes, with nature.

This is one of my top ten favorite Medium poems of 2020, and possibly, of the almost 4 years I've been on Medium. Yes, I love it that much.

I was always a writer but lived in a bookkeeper’s body before I found Medium and broke free — well, almost. Working to work less and write more.
