We are learning so much about Ukraine these days. But, the reason for that knowledge is so tragic, CL. Still, I've come to know Ukraine as a hidden gem. I had no idea it was the sunflower oil capital of the world and now I've learned that it is a wild mushroom Mecca! Thank you for this information.
