You and I could not be more different - winter vs summer, cold vs heat - and I love that. I love reading about locales that are different than mine. I love reading about people who have different likes than mine.

I think that for most of us age does diminish the mystery and magic of winter. We focus on the hassles and extra work and miss the joys. For me, here in Florida, it's the magic of summer that is wanes as each year passes. Possibly because of climate change and the heat that seems to be worse and last longer - or is it just me?
