What an interesting article, Inge! And, impressive vegetables. I had no idea spinach can be grown inside. Florida may seem to be the perfect place for a vegetable garden but there are so many pests that attack even the heartiest vegetable plants that gardening here can be very discouraging. Living in a townhome, I no longer have the space outside but I might give the spinach a try.
