Yep, definitely the flowers of the elderly and window boxes. I bought my first geranium last year when Ben and I visited a farm vegetable stand that also was selling potted plants. I forgot to bring it inside when we had our first freeze. Figured it was a goner anyway and left it outside the rest of the winter. It came back this spring and has been blooming like crazy. I guess you can't kill a geranium in Florida, which means I might buy more!

Your purple pansies look so much better than mine. Mine did not like our recent temps in the 90s. I watered them daily but they still looked dry and burned. Finally, relocated the pot to an empty space in the back of my "guerilla garden" - more shade. It's been cooler due to clouds and rain so the pansies are slowly recovering from their sunburn.
