You always write longer pieces though, Marley K., right? Nothing short, such as poems, that I can recall. I think that’s why you haven’t noticed a change.

My poetry was the most read and applauded of all my work and until the changes, what made the most money. Now, a very popular poem that may have earned $12 to $20 before, barely makes $1 or $2. Most poems earn pennies, even the ones read by a large audience and that received many claps.

The new algorithm for earnings to be calculated by the time someone spends reading your post basically eliminates poetry from the financial mix.

It is what it is.
