You are so correct, Laura, we have to carve out personal time - even if it's just 30 minutes. I find that time spent in nature, even short periods of time, feel more expansive and leave me more refreshed than time spent doing a favorite activity indoors. And outdoor photography creates mindfulness. Your daisies and the bee, the squirrel, and the Japanese maple are particularly good.
I am so glad that the pandemic forced me to change my work schedule so I could avoid people who refused to be masked. Working evenings allows me to enjoy the shorter days of winter.
