You are so sweet, Susan. Thank you for offering but Medium has already responded to dozens of people that the change is permanent and no amount of complaining will change their decision.

When a photo was uploaded, there were options for what size you wanted your photo to be on the page and where you wanted it to be (left, center, right). Now, all those options are gone. All photos are small and centered. Many photos do not present well in a small size, especially nature and close-up photographs. They display better in a larger size. And, being able to choose the placement of the photo allowed for creativity in the appearance of a piece. Now, it’s all the same. Monotony is Medium’s goal, I suppose. It’s all very discouraging for photographers.
